What you will do

• Develop and execute commodity strategies meeting technical, cost, quality, and sustainability requirements.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to drive innovation and alignment with business goals.
• Lead negotiations for contract terms, pricing, and conditions to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, and legal teams to resolve purchasing requirements.
• Analyze market conditions and implement strategic pivots for risk mitigation and business continuity.
• Drive improvements in supplier quality, reliability, yield, and cost.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience (BS), 6+ years (MS), or 4+ years (PhD) in the semiconductor or supply chain industry.
• 4+ years of experience in commodity management, sourcing strategies, and supplier relationship management.
• Proven track record in contract negotiation and risk mitigation.
• Deep knowledge of semiconductor technology roadmaps and supply chain solutions.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a technical or business discipline (e.g., MBA).
• Experience with semiconductor processing equipment and materials for front-end/back-end manufacturing.
• Experience with supply chain engineering, value engineering, and capacity planning.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and sourcing methodologies.
