What you will do

• Plan and manage builds for electrical, electromechanical, and mechanical assemblies in alignment with forecasted demand.
• Manage multi-level, high-complexity Bills of Materials (BOMs) and ensure accuracy throughout the NPI process.
• Coordinate with domestic and international contract manufacturers to manage quotations, purchase orders, and material alignment.
• Proactively resolve material shortages for internal pilot-line builds to ensure delivery commitments.
• Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), deviations, and RMAs in partnership with suppliers.
• Monitor lead times, capacity, and component health to identify and escalate risks to schedule or cost.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of production or material planning experience in an electrical and/or mechanical manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Experience with PLM systems (Teamcenter preferred) and Rapid Response.
• Must be local to North Reading, MA; no relocation or visa sponsorship is available.
