TL;DR
Associate Analyst (Planning and Consulting Analytics): Supporting governance, reporting, and operational efficiency for a consulting project portfolio with an accent on pipeline visibility, data accuracy, and financial discipline. Location: São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid work with at least 3 days in the office

What you will do
- Produce and maintain weekly pipeline reports by consolidating project updates.
- Support leadership with visibility into pipeline health and performance trends.
- Identify inconsistencies and gaps in resource allocation and reporting.
- Coordinate corrective actions with project leads to improve resource efficiency.
- Monitor data consistency across financial and operational systems.
- Contribute to standardized planning routines, continuous improvement, documentation, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in planning, reporting, operations, project coordination, consulting, analytics, finance, or related functions.
- Ability to interpret data and identify inconsistencies, risks, and trends.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple processes.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting or internal systems.
- Advanced English is mandatory.
