Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)

Salary: $185,100 – $210,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the hardening of game systems to ensure shipping-ready quality.
• Manage and develop engineering teams, including oversight of contractors and outsourcing partners.
• Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and schedules for post-launch content.
• Oversee performance and optimization efforts across console and PC platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure systems meet design and content creator needs.
• Establish change management processes for feature maintenance and system stability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the game industry with at least 3 shipped AAA titles.
• Extensive experience with Unreal Engine 4/5 and C++.
• Proven track record in managing engineering teams and complex development lifecycles.
• Strong knowledge of streaming, serialization, and entity systems.
• Experience shipping cross-platform titles (PC, XSX, PS5).
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with C# or Python.
• Knowledge of AI tools for streamlining QA processes.
• Experience with build automation and analytics backend development.
