What you will do

• Lead the full data migration lifecycle for franchise partners, from discovery and planning to execution and validation.
• Map legacy data structures and identify critical risks or dependencies before migration initialization.
• Troubleshoot technical errors and edge cases within platform import environments alongside Product and Engineering teams.
• Translate platform capabilities and constraints into strategic, partner-facing communications.
• Align C-suite sponsors and operational leads around a unified enterprise migration strategy.
• Build scalable frameworks, toolkits, and playbooks to standardize data delivery across the enterprise portfolio.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 7-8 years of experience in data operations, technical account management, or implementation within a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated expertise directing complex data migrations for multi-location or franchise business models.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tooling (Excel, Google Sheets) and structured data formats (CSV, JSON, APIs).
• Proven experience driving team efficiency through the strategic use of AI tools and automation.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical environments into clear narratives for non-technical executives.

• Familiarity with scripting or relational databases (Python, SQL).
