What you will do

• Own and evolve the Semantic Layer using dbt and Omni to power strategic business initiatives.
• Build benchmarking and segmentation datasets to surface insights on patient acquisition and retention.
• Develop high-quality datasets to enable embedded AI and conversational analytics within the hirify.global Suite.
• Lead the Revenue Reconciliation & Operations workstream to improve data trust and governance.
• Partner with BizOps to establish correlation and affinity metrics for Sales and PSM teams.
• Research and implement methods to move Practice Intelligence from descriptive to predictive analytics.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in analytics engineering or a closely related role.
• Deep expertise in SQL and dbt for building clean, scalable, and well-documented models.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience in vertical SaaS or healthcare-adjacent data environments.
• Strong communication skills to translate data findings into business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs and AI tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
• Previous experience as a foundational or early data hire in a growing organization.
• Proficiency in Python for data engineering tasks.
