What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of data engineering projects from requirement gathering to production deployment.
• Design and maintain complex data transformations using Python, DBT, and Snowflake.
• Build and scale automated workflows using Apache Airflow to manage data dependencies.
• Implement CI/CD processes and version control to maintain high engineering standards.
• Develop automated processes for data validation to ensure high data quality and integrity.
• Partner with Analytics, Sales, and Marketing teams to build curated datasets for strategic insights.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 5+ years of experience in data modeling, SQL, Python, DBT, and Apache Airflow.
• Deep experience with cloud databases like Snowflake or Redshift.
• Marketing data domain expertise including campaign performance, lead funnels, and revenue attribution.
• Advanced proficiency in DBT lifecycle, modeling techniques, and CI/CD processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of marketing automation tools like Salesforce, Marketo, or Outreach.
