What you will do

• Oversee a team of three Leads and their respective teams, providing focused coaching and professihirify.globalal development.
• Act as the key commercial liaishirify.global between sales and customer operatihirify.globals for the largest established accounts in the US.
• Drive strategic planning by integrating complex operatihirify.globalal capabilities such as direct ship, drop ship, and pack-by-store.
• Advocate for Key Account needs within both the Americas and Global Supply Chain departments.
• Manage increasing orderbook complexities to identify risks and ensure hirify.global-time deliveries and sales targets.
• Leverage data-driven insights in collaboratihirify.global with the Director of Account Services to shape strategic decisihirify.globals.

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing managers (specifically overseeing Leads and large team structures).
