OEM Customer Success Specialist (Automotive): Managing enterprise-level account relationships for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners with an accent on program implementation, performance optimization, and strategic partnership development. Focus on driving product value, resolving complex client issues, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery.
Location: Must be based in the Plano, TX market and willing to work onsite at the customer's location up to 4 days per month.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM accounts post-sales, managing day-to-day relationships and program implementations.
- Identify client goals and develop strategic solutions to meet annual objectives and improve program performance.
- Analyze program performance, ROI, and industry trends to provide actionable advice and roadmaps for partners.
- Collaborate with internal product, sales, and marketing teams to resolve issues and support new program rollouts.
- Create presentations, webinars, and educational materials for OEM partners and industry stakeholders.
- Oversee agreement renewals and manage the RFP process for assigned accounts.
Requirements
- Must reside in the Plano, TX market to facilitate required onsite visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer success or account management within an enterprise environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and develop strategic program initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to diverse groups.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time.
