What you will do

  • Promote platform usage across assigned accounts to drive measurable business outcomes and ROI.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and cultivate senior-level relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Own the full commercial lifecycle including adoption, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Set, measure, and report on key performance indicators such as ARR, GRR, and NRR.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on trade compliance workflows, including HTS classification and entry types.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to advocate for client requirements and resolve platform escalations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS, logistics, or supply chain software.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven track record of managing renewals and expansion revenue for enterprise-level accounts.
  • Experience presenting to and managing relationships with VP and C-suite level stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build compelling business cases for expansion.
  • Familiarity with customs brokerage or freight forwarding operations is highly preferred.

Nice to have

  • U.S. Customs Broker License or Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) designation.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with national enterprise-level customs brokerage houses.
