What you will do
- Supervise daily operations of the Customer Experience team and manage multiple projects.
- Coordinate production activities, value-added services, and expedited order processing.
- Handle client project monitoring, escalations, and reporting.
- Mentor team members, identify career paths, and conduct performance assessments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Sales, PMO, and other departments to resolve complex order issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Strong knowledge of SLO/SLA, receiving, shipping, and inventory control procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and ERP systems.
- Proven management and coaching skills to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to make time-sensitive decisions.
- Attention to detail in documentation, SOP creation, and professional communication.
