Salary: $58,000–$73,563/Yr.

What you will do

  • Supervise daily operations of the Customer Experience team and manage multiple projects.
  • Coordinate production activities, value-added services, and expedited order processing.
  • Handle client project monitoring, escalations, and reporting.
  • Mentor team members, identify career paths, and conduct performance assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Sales, PMO, and other departments to resolve complex order issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SLO/SLA, receiving, shipping, and inventory control procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and ERP systems.
  • Proven management and coaching skills to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to make time-sensitive decisions.
  • Attention to detail in documentation, SOP creation, and professional communication.
