Salary: $207K – $285K + Equity

What you will do

• Coordinate daily operations readiness across workstations, operators, and materials.
• Track core operating metrics including utilization, cycle time, throughput, and data quality to improve performance.
• Identify bottlenecks through workflow analysis and capacity modeling to drive practical fixes.
• Execute the rollout of new hardware, sensors, and process changes in collaboration with Engineering and Supply Chain.
• Lead root cause analysis for recurring operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, process engineering, operations, or robotics.
• Experience using Lean, Six Sigma, or time studies to improve processes.
• Strong understanding of operating KPIs such as cycle time, takt time, throughput, and OEE.
• Exposure to robotics data acquisition, autonomous vehicle systems, or automation.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA.
