What you will do

• Manage projects for tooling, large equipment, and specific technologies within the department.
• Supervise skilled hourly employees to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment and processes.
• Define manufacturing processes, sequence of operations, and efficient material flow.
• Design, integrate, and install equipment required for the production of high-quality parts.
• Provide technical direction and oversight to outside vendor sources.
• Develop and test advanced process technology.

Requirements

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience in technical troubleshooting.
• Must be willing to rotate shifts (1st and 2nd Production Shifts).
• Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• College degree in a technical field.
• Experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge and experience with FANUC robots and automation.
• Ability to read and understand electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic blueprints.
• Ability to troubleshoot using PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
