What you will do

• Design and develop AI-powered perception solutions for mobile robots, robotic arms, and drones.
• Build and optimize AI models using state-of-the-art deep learning frameworks.
• Create high-fidelity robotics simulations using Isaac Sim, Blender, or Genesis.
• Develop pipelines for reinforcement and imitation learning.
• Lead and grow multidisciplinary engineering teams and support their professional growth.
• Integrate robotic systems with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience in C++ and Python, with at least 2 years in a Tech Lead role.
• Advanced expertise in ROS/ROS2, OpenCV, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Deep knowledge of SLAM, localization, mapping, and point cloud processing.
• Advanced academic background (MSc or PhD) in Robotics, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics.
• Proven experience deploying AI/CV models into production environments.
• English: B2 or higher; Professional German proficiency required for Germany-based candidates.
