What you will do

• Design, tune, and implement meaningful progression systems and reward structures aligned with the game's creative vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define necessary tools, workflows, and processes for progression features.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design briefs, tuning models, and data visualizations.
• Partner with developers to create new content and assets that support progression goals.
• Work with User-Experience Research (UXR) to test hypotheses and improve the overall player experience based on data insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in video game progression, systems, or economy design.
• Experience contributing to shipped games.
• Strong proficiency in data management, spreadsheet modeling, and analysis.
• Ability to translate complex design goals into practical, implementation-ready documentation.
• Strong collaboration skills and commitment to inclusive, accessible design.
