What you will do

• Adapt company legal strategy to regional business needs across the Nordic markets.
• Provide comprehensive corporate, commercial, compliance, and litigation support for the region.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and terms and conditions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to manage and prioritize complex legal matters.
• Stay current on legislative and jurisprudence developments within Nordic jurisdictions.
• Develop and revise legal templates and internal guides to improve company knowledge.

Requirements

• Barred/practising European lawyer with 4+ years of PQE in one or more Nordic jurisdictions.
• Experience working in top-tier law firms or in-house at a large-scale multinational.
• Fluent English and proficiency in French or German.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Madrid, Spain.
• Strong technical legal skills and the ability to translate complex issues into business opportunities.
• Effective communicator with high emotional intelligence.
