Legal Counsel (Corporate Law)

Location: Athens, Attica, Greece; hybrid workplace

hirify.global is a high-tech used-cars B2C platform redesigning the vehicle buying and selling process through proprietary technology, with operations incorporated in three countries.

What you will do

• Handle day-to-day corporate legal matters, including board and shareholder resolutions, minutes, corporate records, and governance processes.
• Prepare and review shareholders’ agreements, commercial contracts, leases, and documentation for suppliers, clients, investors, and lenders.
• Manage legal document signing, electronic execution, record keeping, templates, and legal administration.
• Coordinate external legal advisors and manage litigation, dispute resolution, debt collection, and enforcement matters.
• Provide legal guidance to the Collections team and day-to-day support to management and internal teams.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external legal matters.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 4–7 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English and strong working knowledge of Greek; experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts in both languages.
• Strong experience in corporate law, company law, and corporate governance.
• Experience with litigation, dispute resolution, debt recovery, court proceedings, and enforcement is highly valued.
• Ability to work independently, manage varied workloads, exercise sound judgment, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with confidence working with management, external lawyers, clients, suppliers, investors, and lenders.
