Legal Counsel (100%)

Location: Based in Opfikon, Zurich, Switzerland, with a hybrid setup requiring onsite work at least three days per week. Up to four weeks of remote work annually is available within any EU country.

What you will do

• Provide pragmatic legal advice to all parts of the organization.
• Draft and negotiate agreements across the group and advise on corporate law matters.
• Support commercial partnerships and a broad range of legal and business transactions.
• Coordinate external legal support and develop scalable, cost-effective legal operations.
• Align the purpose and work of different client groups.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with solid experience in corporate law, finance, commercial contracts, and business transactions.
• Strong business fluency in written and spoken English and German.
• Strong financial literacy, business mindset, and an efficient, reliable working style.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing, and international environment.
• Curiosity about technology and commitment to continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience in employment law, technology transactions, public policy, or project finance.
