What you will do
- Guide managers through employee relations challenges and dismissal processes.
- Develop and implement learning and talent development initiatives.
- Manage annual reward and bonus cycles and benchmark benefits against market trends.
- Update HR policies and create data-driven reporting dashboards.
- Drive colleague engagement and promote diversity and inclusion across the bank.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to the Milton Keynes office
- Proven experience in employee relations (ER) managing multiple cases simultaneously.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver to agreed deadlines.
- Intermediate Excel skills for data-informed decision making.
- Strong commercial understanding of how HR supports overall company strategy.
- Previous experience in a fintech or banking environment is an advantage.
