What you will do

• Provide evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and families.
• Manage a comprehensive spectrum of mental health needs, from mild to severe presentations.
• Maintain clinical best practices, including measurement-based care and skills practice.
• Manage clinical risk and respond to crises as needed.
• Collaborate with Lyra’s clinical consultation team for ongoing support.

Requirements

• Must hold an unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or PhD license in the state of practice.
• Must be a full-time resident of the United States.
• Must have office space to provide in-person care in the Oklahoma area.
• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, or DBT.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
