What you will do

• Conduct regular alcohol and drug abuse counseling sessions and group therapy.
• Develop and revise patient treatment plans while maintaining comprehensive clinical records.
• Perform intake and readmission services for new and returning patients.
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate care with community providers.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and accrediting agency regulatory requirements.
• Participate in in-service training and professional development programs.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a related Human Services field required.
• Must hold a valid LPC or LCSW license.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to make effective decisions and exercise judgment in sensitive situations.
• Understanding of substance abuse populations and human social services.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics.
