Salary: $155,000 - $240,000 per year

What you will do

• Define the future of marketing work, evolving roles and skills for an AI-default environment.
• Own the operational layer of AI marketing, including agent performance, workflow reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Design human-AI workflows and establish AI governance for autonomous operations and human-in-the-loop requirements.
• Build evaluation infrastructure and manage prompt architecture and memory systems to improve AI outputs.
• Lead the rollout and adoption of AI-enabled workflows, converting skeptics through demonstrated value.
• Translate user pain points into a feature backlog and roadmap for engineering execution.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or marketing transformation.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Deep knowledge of marketing campaigns, content creation, and demand generation.
• Proven track record of leading organizational transformation and change management.
• Strong technical fluency with AI/agentic systems (e.g., Claude Code proficiency).
• Executive presence and ability to communicate complex system concepts to senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Management consulting experience (BCG, McKinsey, Bain or equivalent).
• Prior experience as a Marketing Director or leader.
• Background in B2B technology or cybersecurity marketing.
• Experience with skills-based organization design or workforce transformation.
