Salary: $155,000 - $240,000 per year

What you will do
- Define the future of marketing work, evolving roles and skills for an AI-default environment.
- Own the operational layer of AI marketing, including agent performance, workflow reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Design human-AI workflows and establish AI governance for autonomous operations and human-in-the-loop requirements.
- Build evaluation infrastructure and manage prompt architecture and memory systems to improve AI outputs.
- Lead the rollout and adoption of AI-enabled workflows, converting skeptics through demonstrated value.
- Translate user pain points into a feature backlog and roadmap for engineering execution.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or marketing transformation.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Deep knowledge of marketing campaigns, content creation, and demand generation.
- Proven track record of leading organizational transformation and change management.
- Strong technical fluency with AI/agentic systems (e.g., Claude Code proficiency).
- Executive presence and ability to communicate complex system concepts to senior leadership.
Nice to have
- Management consulting experience (BCG, McKinsey, Bain or equivalent).
- Prior experience as a Marketing Director or leader.
- Background in B2B technology or cybersecurity marketing.
- Experience with skills-based organization design or workforce transformation.
