Salary: $113,520 – $181,244.55

What you will do

  • Define and evolve product narratives that translate complex AI platform capabilities into differentiated commercial messaging.
  • Lead demo strategy by designing and maintaining high-impact experiences aligned with buyer needs and use cases.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure messaging accurately reflects current capabilities and the future roadmap.
  • Support strategic sales opportunities by tailoring demos and narratives for executive-level and high-value deals.
  • Build and scale enablement programs to ensure commercial teams remain fluent in product positioning and value articulation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Delivery to ensure execution consistency.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, product marketing, enablement, or sales strategy.
  • Background in healthcare technology, enterprise software, or similarly complex technical domains.
  • Proven ability to design and optimize product demos, sales presentations, and customer-facing storytelling.
  • Strong experience translating technical or AI-driven capabilities into clear business value messaging.
  • Executive presence with ability to support senior customer conversations and strategic deals.
