Salary: $165,000 - $175,000 Base + 15% Bonus

What you will do

• Lead the AI Adoption team to set strategy, priorities, and success metrics for enterprise AI fluency.
• Own the enterprise AI education program, including foundations, governance training, and role-based curricula.
• Execute structured rollouts using a cohort-based, 30-day activation-sprint model via ServiceNow.
• Drive the flagship Microsoft Copilot enablement program to convert licenses into daily habits.
• Build and manage a distributed Champions Collective to multiply reach across all functions.
• Track activation, certification, and usage metrics to inform resource allocation.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of total work experience, with 4+ years in change management, L&D, or technology adoption.
• Proven people-leadership experience managing teams responsible for program delivery.
• Track record of running enterprise-scale enablement for thousands of users.
• Direct experience driving adoption of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot.
• Practical fluency in generative AI capabilities and responsible-use principles.
• Must be based remotely in the United States.
