What you will do

• Define and own the multi-year product strategy for AI-enabled data platforms and open source infrastructure.
• Drive the integration of generative AI and agentic capabilities, including RAG architectures and model orchestration.
• Manage hirify.global's open source data infrastructure strategy, balancing community collaboration with commercial business models.
• Lead end-to-end product execution, aligning priorities across engineering, GTM, and strategic partners.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of product managers across platform, AI, and open source domains.

Requirements

• 12–18 years of product management experience, with 5+ years in people leadership roles.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience productizing open source technologies such as Kafka, Cassandra, OpenSearch, or ClickHouse.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLM-based systems, and agentic workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or Master's strongly preferred).
