TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (New York, NY); must spend at least four full days each week in the office

What you will do

  • Manage product collateral updates, including quarterly presentations, factsheets, commentaries, and annual reports for fixed income strategies.
  • Coordinate deliverables and timelines cross-functionally with portfolio management, marketing, legal, and finance teams.
  • Support business development efforts as a key liaison for RFP/RFI responses and consultant database updates.
  • Prepare fund board materials to ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.
  • Analyze competitive landscapes and industry trends using tools like Lipper, Morningstar, and eVestment.
  • Deliver insights and analysis to internal sales teams and respond to client requests.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in financial services, preferably within fixed income asset management.
  • Strong technical foundation in investment markets and macroeconomic trends.
  • Proficiency with Bloomberg, Morningstar, Microsoft Office, and AI tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Series 7 & 63 licenses required or willingness to obtain.
  • Must be based in New York, NY.
