Salary: $85,000 – $121,000

What you will do

• Engineer and support customer connectivity across on-prem and AWS cloud environments, including circuit provisioning and VPNs.
• Troubleshoot complex network environments (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, multicast, HSRP) for latency-sensitive trading systems.
• Provide real-time monitoring and incident response for global network infrastructure using telemetry and performance data.
• Develop automation and observability tooling using scripting and API-driven integrations to reduce MTTR.
• Perform deep packet analysis using tcpdump and Wireshark to support root cause investigations.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for customers and internal engineering teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of network engineering experience with Cisco, Arista, and/or Palo Alto environments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• 2+ years of UNIX/Linux experience, focusing on command-line network diagnostics.
• Hands-on experience with packet analysis tools such as tcpdump, Wireshark, or tshark.
• Proficiency in scripting and API-driven automation to improve operational efficiency.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of AWS cloud networking (VPCs, routing, security groups).
• Familiarity with network observability tools like Grafana.
• Experience with high-performance packet capture platforms such as Corvil.
• Industry certifications: Cisco, AWS, Palo Alto, or CompTIA Network+/Security+.
