What you will do

• Ensure network reliability and performance using monitoring platforms like SolarWinds and DataDog.
• Lead network-related incident resolution and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Implement and support secure networking solutions across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Maintain detailed network documentation, including topology maps and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide mission-critical support for game-day operations and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Mt. Laurel, NJ on a schedule including weekends.
• Strong experience with Cisco Nexus, Arista, or Meraki switches and Cisco wireless controllers.
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Unix environments.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, routing protocols, and network monitoring tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Ability to provide support on major holidays when games are played.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Experience with cloud-based networking in AWS, Azure, or O365.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or ITIL.
• Familiarity with advanced video streaming technologies and CDNs.
