What you will do

• Own and evolve the 3-to-5-year long-range financial model to translate vision into actionable forecasts.
• Conduct rigorous market sizing and segmentation analyses (TAM/SAM/SOM) for existing and emerging business lines.
• Oversee the financial performance and strategic alignment of hirify.global’s direct investments and venture portfolio.
• Collaborate with Strategy and Product leaders to perform build vs. partner analysis for ecosystem deals.
• Recruit and mentor a team of high-performing strategic finance professionals.
• Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic narratives for board reviews.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, Corporate Development, Venture Capital, or Management Consulting.
• Proven track record in technology, SaaS, or consumer internet sectors.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Expert-level ability to build complex, scalable, and risk-adjusted financial models from scratch.
• Strong command of strategic frameworks and market sizing methodologies.
• Must be based in the United States.
