What you will do

• Translate fuzzy product opportunities into prototypes, specs, and shipped experiments.
• Partner with engineering to optimize prompts, model behavior, search, and personalization.
• Build and prototype features directly to accelerate learning cycles.
• Collaborate with design to ensure agentic experiences feel native to music workflows.
• Conduct usability sessions and user research to iterate on product features.
• Define quality benchmarks for AI behavior and system performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, engineering, or technical product roles.
• Hands-on experience with agentic systems, including LLM APIs, prompt tuning, and production debugging.
• Technical fluency to read code and discuss system architecture tradeoffs.
• Strong bias for action and rapid prototyping.
• Experience with product analytics and quality evaluation for AI systems.

Nice to have

• Experience making music or working in a DAW.
• Familiarity with music technology and audio products.
• Experience with LLM-as-judge frameworks or structured quality benchmarking.
• Portfolio of self-directed projects.
