Salary: $222,000 - $291,000 USD

What you will do

• Provide unified executive leadership, mentorship, and technical direction to platform architects, product managers, and software engineers.
• Define and lead the technical roadmap for the enterprise platform and AI engineering capabilities, aligning with corporate strategy and security standards.
• Drive the unification of core enterprise-grade platform capabilities, specifically Authentication, Roles/Permissions, Tasks, and Workflows.
• Architect and oversee the strategic multi-cloud convergence of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) application.
• Champion developer experience (DX) by building reusable components, application engineering patterns, and technical playbooks.
• Implement robust testing frameworks and performance SLAs to ensure enterprise-grade stability and zero critical regressions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading software product and/or engineering organizations within a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.
• 5+ years in an executive-level leadership role (SVP, VP, or equivalent).
• Proven track record of managing both Product Management and Software Engineering teams simultaneously.
• Deep technical expertise in cloud-native platform design, APIs, microservices, and emerging AI/GenAI patterns (RAG, embeddings).
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Experience managing multi-tiered organizations across distributed geographic locations.

Nice to have

• Domain experience in highly regulated environments such as GRC, cybersecurity, or fintech.
• Extensive experience scaling complex enterprise architectures on AWS and/or MS Azure.
• Experience moving advanced AI/Agentic workflows and multi-tenant data pipelines into production-grade enterprise software.
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Product Management, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
