Behavioral Health Clinical Liaison

Location: Remote in Georgia; working hours align with Central Standard Time (CST).

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year.

What you will do

• Review member clinical records and services related to behavioral health and substance use.
• Act as a clinical liaison for external groups, providers, Operations, and Medical Management teams.
• Interpret program results and develop data-driven metrics to measure effectiveness and return on investment.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders on provider education, outreach, quality reporting, and incentive programs.
• Track operational issues across provider networks, communities, and facilities, and recommend solutions.
• Support utilization management, quality improvement, case management, and process-change initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be fully licensed in Georgia.
• Master’s degree in Social Work or Behavioral Health.
• At least four years of behavioral health outpatient care experience in a community setting or independent practice.
• Experience assessing mental health and substance abuse treatment plans across the continuum of care.
• Experience with managed care, case management, utilization management, or quality improvement.
• Required professional licensure may include LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.

• Outpatient experience is strongly preferred.
