Platform Support - Analyst

Location: New York, New York, United States; hybrid schedule with office work Monday-Thursday and remote work on Friday

Salary: $70,000-$75,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Respond to client-service requests related to Structured Investments and Annuities.
• Serve as a primary contact for financial advisors and internal partners on product, account, and transaction questions.
• Research inquiries, resolve requests, coordinate escalations, and provide updates through resolution.
• Collaborate with Client Sales, Relationship Management, Operations, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams.
• Maintain CRM records, knowledge articles, service procedures, and internal reference materials.
• Identify service gaps, communicate client feedback, support new offerings and process changes, and assist with quality control for bi-weekly platform releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in client service, financial services, investment operations, relationship support, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, research, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly, manage multiple requests, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort using CRM systems, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and digital financial-services platforms such as Dynamics and Tableau.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting financial advisors, broker-dealers, registered investment advisers, or individual investors.
• Knowledge of Structured Investments, Annuities, alternative investments, wealth management, or financial technology.
