Merchant Support Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Phoenix, United States; onsite

What you will do

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with contractors and consumers.
• Make loan application decisions using established guidelines and criteria.
• Resolve product, login, and general support issues through phone and email.
• Guide merchants through platform onboarding and address their questions.
• Run call campaigns promoting product features, updates, and special offers.
• Escalate complex issues and share customer insights with product development, sales, and marketing teams.

Requirements

• English is required for communication with staff and customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and professionally.
• Strong problem-solving skills and composure under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, workflows, schedules, and high-volume customer interactions.
• Ability to work onsite in Phoenix in an office or contact-center environment.
