What you will do

• Translate complex business, product, and technical ideas into clear and compelling visual concepts and frameworks.
• Design and produce high-end keynotes and presentations for major external events, product launches, and executive meetings.
• Create multimedia content including short-form videos, motion graphics, infographics, and digital assets.
• Integrate generative AI tools into the design process to accelerate concept exploration, prototyping, and production.
• Collaborate with C-suite executives and stakeholders to shape narratives, visual pacing, and emotional arcs.
• Build and maintain presentation templates, slide libraries, and design systems to ensure brand consistency at scale.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional experience in visual communications, presentation design, or multimedia design.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Apple Keynote.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and the ability to visualize complex information.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Working proficiency in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar) for video editing.
• Ability to work from the Atlanta, GA office.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting C-suite executives and high-profile speakers.
• Background in B2B technology, enterprise software, or complex technical products.
• Knowledge of live-event production, AV workflows, and multi-screen environments.
• Familiarity with Figma, Google Slides, and Adobe Express.
• Experience creating complex data visualizations and systems illustrations.
