Junior Designer (Marketing)

TL;DR

Junior Designer (Marketing): Creating custom pitch materials and visual assets to enhance sales marketing efforts with an accent on storytelling and deck design. Focus on translating complex product use cases into on-brand visuals and designing platform demo environments.

Location: Must be based in New York (Soho location), preferred in-person part-time 2 days per week

Salary: $30/hr (Part-time, 25-30 hours per week)

What you will do

• Design and develop custom pitch materials, including presentations, landing pages, platform demo environments, and mockups.
• Create tailored visual assets with data insights to support outbound sales efforts and partner pitches.
• Develop best practice collateral and one-pagers to support client onboarding and education.
• Partner with Product and Sales teams to design assets for new pitches and feature announcements.
• Translate complex product use cases and features into accessible, on-brand visuals across marketing channels.
• Serve as a cross-functional design liaison to ensure consistent messaging across internal teams.

Requirements

• Degree in design, marketing, digital media, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Google Slides and Figma.
• Ability to work from the Soho, NYC office at least 2 days per week.
• Strong visual storytelling and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to storytell using data.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Previous marketing experience.
• Proficiency in Excel or other data visualization tools.
