What you will do

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Communications teams to develop creative concepts for branded materials.
  • Design high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, websites, social media, email marketing, and presentations.
  • Produce print materials, infographics, and motion graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Create and manage reusable templates for proposals and campaign assets.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of scalable design systems.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of in-house or agency design experience within B2B, Technology, IT, Data, or Consulting industries.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly high-end design in PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain brand standards across diverse deliverables and multiple mediums.
  • Regular attendance in the office (Jacksonville, FL) is required.

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with digital ad formats.
