What you will do

• Partner with executives to design high-impact presentations for investors and customers.
• Evolve the brand identity across all surfaces, including ad campaigns and event signage.
• Develop internal branding and visual systems that maintain high quality and consistency.
• Integrate AI tools into design workflows to scale output and improve iteration speed.
• Define and document AI design strategies and processes for the broader team.
• Coach and mentor other designers on effective AI tool usage and design methodologies.

Requirements

• 3 to 10 years of professional design experience in fast-paced environments.
• Deep fluency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint for high-end presentation design.
• Proven track record of using AI design tools to scale creative output.
• Ability to teach and coach team members on new tools and processes.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range in brand, campaign, and presentation work.
