What you will do

• Design and produce high-quality print, digital, and PowerPoint materials for medical communication initiatives.
• Translate complex scientific and economic narratives into clear, engaging visual storytelling.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all project deliverables.
• Participate in concept development and iterative refinement based on strategic objectives.
• Partner with Account, Medical, Strategy, and Project Management teams to meet project deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or agency environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and strong PowerPoint design expertise.
• Experience with Figma or XD.
• Ability to simplify complex information creatively with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in Medical Communications, Market Access, or Managed Markets.
• Video editing and motion graphics skills.
• Experience with AI-related design tools.
