Salary: $154,000 – $205,000

What you will do

• Identify and prioritize high-impact research needs in partnership with product leadership to align the roadmap with customer and business goals.
• Lead foundational post-GA research to drive critical product improvements and influence long-term product vision for Asana for Service.
• Drive co-design and usability research by owning the customer panel feedback loop to track evolving user needs.
• Champion a customer-centric culture by contributing to design crits and identifying strategic research opportunities.
• Scale research impact by coaching and consulting cross-functional partners to conduct high-quality research.
• Synthesize complex data into persuasive, actionable narratives for stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience practicing UX Research for digital products with a track record of leading large-scale projects.
• Mastery of qualitative and quantitative methods including prototype testing, contextual inquiry, and journey mapping.
• Strong organizational leadership and ability to manage multiple complex workstreams with senior stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of information architecture and design principles.
• Experience experimenting with AI tools to enhance productivity, collaboration, and insight development.
• Must be based in Vancouver, Canada.
