Location: Hybrid (New York or San Francisco)

Compensation: $250K – $350K + Equity

What you will do

• Build and lead the ARC (Activation, Research, and Community) team to identify top talent before roles open.
• Develop talent intelligence infrastructure, including market mapping and exec-level relationship programming.
• Design proactive engagement strategies and outreach sequences to maintain a warm talent pipeline.
• Create hirify.global-native sourcing workflows using product features like enrichment and signal tracking.
• Design and run an external talent community serving both hirify.global's pipeline and its customers.
• Evolve the Referral Jam program into a structured, repeatable sourcing channel.

Requirements

• 10+ years in talent acquisition, executive search, venture capital, or a senior recruiting function.
• Proven experience building proactive talent programs, market mapping, and exec relationship management.
• Fluency with modern sourcing tooling and data enrichment platforms.
• Experience designing referral programs or talent communities at scale.
• Prior experience building a recruiting function or team from scratch.
• Must be based in New York or San Francisco for a hybrid work arrangement.
