Compensation: $135K – $165K OTE + Equity

What you will do

• Own the operational foundation of onboarding and enablement programs.
• Manage the systems, content, and resources that support field teams.
• Support the execution of training, certifications, and key field initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve processes and drive organizational alignment.
• Scale the infrastructure and programs that enable a high-performing GTM team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enablement, program management, operations, or L&D.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proven experience managing projects and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to drive work independently in fast-moving environments.
• Strong communication skills and an execution-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting sales, customer-facing, or technical field teams.
• Experience with enablement, learning, or content management platforms.
• Background in high-growth SaaS or startup environments.
• Familiarity with AI tools and modern productivity workflows.
