What you will do

• Architect and execute change strategies to land new sales motions and messaging across a global field force.
• Build GTM infrastructure to support rapid onboarding velocity and field expansion.
• Codify sales playbooks by embedding MEDDPICC frameworks into discovery templates and deal-review scripts.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to integrate sales plays into internal AI tools for "snackable" learning.
• Oversee global field enablement resources and maintain the standalone partner enablement engine.
• Build data-driven coaching workflows to transform frontline managers into elite coaching experts.

Requirements

• Proven track record of scaling enablement or GTM strategy functions within enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated expertise in guiding large field organizations through complex messaging or process shifts.
• Extensive experience leading distributed global teams across central and regional functions.
• Deep practical expertise scaling enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom without the need for visa sponsorship.
