What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, advisors, and consultants to resolve inquiries and provide high-level service.
• Manage end-to-end client requests, including triage, prioritization, and tracking within Salesforce.
• Support the full lifecycle of group insurance plans, including onboarding, renewals, and enrolment.
• Collaborate with internal Administration, Operations, Underwriting, and Marketing teams to resolve client needs.
• Interpret contracts and agreements to address specific client and union-related inquiries.
• Manage a high volume of requests while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in administrative or client service support.
• Must be based in New Brunswick and possess a valid driver's license for in-office attendance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in group insurance (health, dental, life, or disability).
• Bilingualism in French and English.
