TL;DR

Location: Remote (Canada)

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 CAD per hour

What you will do

  • Support clients via phone and email, diagnosing and resolving platform issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage inventory acquisition by creating data records and coordinating with vendors for necessary information.
  • Perform quality assurance on FTP files to ensure accurate inventory counts, photos, and pricing.
  • Monitor and rectify data discrepancies between the platform and dealer websites.
  • Maintain consistent daily follow-ups with clients and vendors to drive cases to resolution.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office tools, CRM, and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, and four hours of paid overtime one Saturday per month.
