Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of approximately 100 accounts to drive product adoption, retention, and business growth with an accent on proactive engagement and ROI demonstration. Location: Must be based in Canada (Ontario). Ability to work PST/MST hours is required.
Salary: $53,900 CAD - $80,900 CAD (commission-eligible).

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for approximately 100 assigned accounts.
- Drive customer value and ROI through deep platform knowledge and proactive engagement strategies.
- Monitor account health to proactively mitigate churn risks and resolve escalations.
- Conduct product training and facilitate webinars to ensure effective software utilization.
- Analyze user engagement data to design targeted campaigns for feature adoption.
- Manage renewals and identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada with the ability to work PST/MST hours.
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, account management, or sales.
- Strong de-escalation, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Highly skilled in written and verbal communication.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects with high attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Operational experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, and Tableau.
- Previous experience with workflows.
- Formal project management certification or experience.
