What you will do

• Provide high-quality customer support for clients administering, configuring, and using the cloud-based application.
• Resolve simple to moderately complex technical issues through log analysis, research, and problem recreation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver quality resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and contribute new or updated content to the internal knowledge base.
• Document issues and investigative steps accurately using the help desk ticketing system.
• Manage rotating shifts between 8am to 8pm EST based on business needs.

Requirements

• Understanding of business processes and practices within long-term care or medical facilities.
• Strong problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong acumen for software and technology with a detail-oriented approach.
• Must be based in North America.
