Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 CAD + 5% performance bonus

What you will do
- Provide high-quality customer support for clients administering, configuring, and using the cloud-based application.
- Resolve simple to moderately complex technical issues through log analysis, research, and problem recreation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver quality resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and contribute new or updated content to the internal knowledge base.
- Document issues and investigative steps accurately using the help desk ticketing system.
- Manage rotating shifts between 8am to 8pm EST based on business needs.
Requirements
- Understanding of business processes and practices within long-term care or medical facilities.
- Strong problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong acumen for software and technology with a detail-oriented approach.
- Must be based in North America.

- Ability to work shifts aligned with the West Coast (Pacific Time) zone.
