Location: Toronto (Hybrid)

Salary: $64,000 - $74,000 (Base salary range, plus commission)

What you will do

  • Provide platform expertise to help customers execute employee recognition strategies.
  • Establish measurable goals and KPIs for customer accounts.
  • Drive platform usage and adoption through virtual meetings and workshops.
  • Manage a revenue pipeline, including up-selling and cross-selling within existing programs.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings to plan program rollouts and identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and manage account escalations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of account management experience at a software/SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and carry a sales quota.
  • Proficiency with CRMs such as Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills using Excel and PowerPoint for business reviews.
  • Experience preparing and delivering presentations to senior audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Experience working with mid-market and SMB customers.
