Location: Toronto (Hybrid)
Salary: $64,000 - $74,000 (Base salary range, plus commission)

What you will do
- Provide platform expertise to help customers execute employee recognition strategies.
- Establish measurable goals and KPIs for customer accounts.
- Drive platform usage and adoption through virtual meetings and workshops.
- Manage a revenue pipeline, including up-selling and cross-selling within existing programs.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings to plan program rollouts and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and manage account escalations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of account management experience at a software/SaaS company.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and carry a sales quota.
- Proficiency with CRMs such as Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills using Excel and PowerPoint for business reviews.
- Experience preparing and delivering presentations to senior audiences.
- Bachelor's degree.
