What you will do

• Integrate proprietary credit models into production to drive automated lending decisions.
• Design and build internal automations to improve operational efficiency.
• Utilize AI and LLMs to enhance customer service, collections, and servicing workflows.
• Conduct A/B testing on customer journeys to improve conversion and repayment metrics.
• Analyze data using SQL and Python to identify and execute high-value product initiatives.
• Collaborate with data science, credit risk, and engineering teams to deliver features at speed.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Product, Strategy, or Analytics, with at least 1 year in a PM role.
• 1+ years of experience in fintech or financial services.
• Proven track record of shipping products that moved business metrics.
• Strong technical proficiency with SQL and data analysis.
• Demonstrable experience building with AI agents, workflows, or code generation.
• Must be able to work from the London office on a hybrid basis.
