AI Enablement Lead (Fintech)

TL;DR

AI Enablement Lead (AI/Fintech): Building internal AI tools, agents, and workflows to increase operational efficiency across the organization with an accent on LLM orchestration and cross-functional integration. Focus on designing production-ready agentic workflows, integrating the SaaS stack, and driving organization-wide AI adoption.

Location: Hybrid; must work at least 3 days per week from the Berlin, Iasi, or London offices

What you will do

• Define and own the internal AI roadmap and prioritize use cases across GTM, Operations, and G&A.
• Build end-to-end internal tools and agents integrating the company's SaaS stack (HubSpot, Notion, Linear, Gong).
• Establish production standards for AI workflows and manage the build vs. buy framework for AI solutions.
• Embed with Engineering, CS, Finance, and Ops teams to identify and scale high-leverage automation opportunities.
• Drive AI adoption through hands-on workshops, pairing sessions, and office hours to ensure tangible time savings.
• Partner with Security and IT to implement governance, guardrails, and least-privilege access principles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or a similar senior cross-functional role.
• Ability to write and review production-grade Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience building with modern LLM tooling (agent frameworks, prompt engineering, MCP, evals).
• Strong program management skills in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in or be able to work from Berlin, Iasi, or London (minimum 3 days/week in office).

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Snowflake, dbt, or Terraform.
• Background in Data Science.
